What details should be paid attention to during the construction of the texture wall membrane? 

The base work for painting the walls must be done properly. 

For the treatment of interior walls, attention should be paid to the thermal stability, bonding strength and crack resistance of the texture wall membrane. In summer, the air is humid and hot, and the relative humidity is very high. For some materials that are prone to absorbing moisture, measures to prevent moisture should be strengthened. Otherwise, when the moisture in the hygroscopic materials evaporates, they are likely to crack and deform, and may also affect the product quality of other materials. 

2. The seasonal changes in the texture of the wall membrane do not require immediate repair. 

During summer, due to the change of seasons, the following phenomena may occur, such as gaps between walls and door frames, and cracks on the walls. This is mainly attributed to the normal problems that arise during the transition of seasonal changes. At this time, do not rush to repair; instead, wait until the wall is dry and the external weather is more suitable for re-repairing, as this will be more effective. 

3. The decoration should be ventilated to eliminate the musty smell. In hot and humid conditions, after home decoration, a musty smell usually emanates. Besides using anti-mold series of artistic paint products, you can also turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify and remove the moisture in the air. Maintain good air circulation. 

4. The texture coating usually has a shelf life of 18 months without opening. Once opened and sealed, the shelf life is 3 months. 

Note: During the construction process, please try to use the open-can wall membrane slurry within 1-2 days. (Reason: To highlight the environmental performance of the textured wallpaper paint, the use of anti-corrosion additives was intentionally reduced during the production process; complex pollution sources in the construction environment; regional climate differences may affect the textured wallpaper paint.) 

5. When constructing the texture wall membrane, be sure to protect other finished products (i.e., adhesive paper and isolation paper or cover them with other materials). After each construction, clean the tools with water immediately and keep the environment clean after cleaning. 

6. The texture wall membrane is not suitable for buildings in cold weather or with a temperature below 4°; it is not suitable for buildings in humid conditions with a humidity level of 85%; the moisture content of newly painted walls should be less than 10%.
